What you get to do every day
* Work with product management and other designers to conceptualize new visual designs that advance Trion�s web applications.
* Ensure consistency, clarity and elegance in Trion�s presentation
* Determine the look and feel for the web sites that drive our publishing business for online games
* Participate with product, development, and design teams to implement your designs
* You should be able to understand how and why an interface succeeds or fails and spot problems in layout, architecture, flow, copy or presentation
* Push the boundaries of what's possible on the web to create better experiences for users and players
What you bring to the job in your professional toolkit
* Ability to quickly understand the constraints of a design problem and identify the tradeoffs; the ability to communicate those tradeoffs to fellow decision makers
* Strong visual design skills and a fanatical attention to detail down to the pixel
* Demonstrated experience and proven track record in application/software design (as opposed to layout and decorative design)
* Ideally 3 years experience as a key member of a UI team participating in the complete product development lifecycle
* Able to create design documentation, including specifications and style guides
* Strong understanding of web standards, such as HTML and CSS.
* BS or MS in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or other design-related field
