nice job on the sculpt / normal mapping . the concept doesnt show a whole lot of colour variation or detail so this gives you some freedom to try something new. Have some fun, add variation to the skin tones in key places, nose eyelids ears armpits elbows etc (looks like uve done this a bit already). youve done a good job of keeping it close to the reference so far but maybe try something new and subtle. what about the specular colour map? could do something there?
I like the sculpting work. It's very well done and tightly constructed. My suggestion would be to consider some micro color details to help the image seem less uniform. For example, humans are pretty pink all over, but people who have hair on their arms have contrast in that area. You've done really great work , and I think it would benefit from a bit of "de-plastic-ation". Again, great job on this.
Yes agreed with the others critics, it is lacking a lot of colour variation. Just adding a new layer, some midsize brush and add some colors there, like a bit of red on kneeds, some green elsewhere, some yellow... Then some kind of pattern would help too, nothing too much repitive, most of times a metal texture overlay help a lot also.
