No direct way to do it, but there might be a roundabout way. You used to be able to open illustrator paths as splines in Max. Might have needed a plugin, but it could be done. Assuming it's still possible to do that you could try the following:
- Stamp down your brush on a blank layer
- CTRL click the layer thumbnail to make a selection.
- In the Paths Palette click "Make work path from selection" to make a path.
- Clean up the path if it's way off.
- Select Export Paths to Illustrator from the file>export menu.
- Try opening that file in Max.
I don't have Max at home to verify this, so let us all know if it works (I just did the rest of it in under 30 seconds).
