Job Description:
-->Seeking a Senior Art Director to help lead the overall artistic vision and execution for company.
-->Position reports directly to the Creative Director.
-->The Art Director will be responsible for driving creative from concept to completion in an environment of boundless creative opportunity.
-->Will work collaboratively with the Creative Director and other creative team members including writers, designers and illustrators
-->The Art Director will join a management team that includes User Experience, Illustration and 3D game design.
-->Ideal candidate will posses formidable creative energy and the ability to help harness the substantial creativity of our art team and creative partners.
Key Responsibilities/Performance Requirements:
-->World class creative thinking and exceptional design skills
-->Multi-tasking and project management. Able to see creative projects through from concept to completion.
-->Manages multiple deadlines and consistently delivers creative on target and on time.
-->Presenting creative solutions to management and project owners
-->Ability to coordinate with outside agencies and manage internal clients
Required Skills:
-->BA/BS in graphic design, advertising or related field
-->Strong conceptual design, collaborative, and organizational skills
-->5-7 years experience in design/advertising agency or related experience.
-->Enjoys leading and motivating others and being part of a fun-loving, hard working team.
-->Superb ability to cultivate great relationships and build trust with a team of creatives of differing professional levels and diverse personalities
