UED 3 Bone Weighting,,

I would hope this isnt a NDA question. What is the limit of bones that can be weighted per vertice? In UED 2.5 it was 3, so I'm wondering (Ok hoping) that UED3 allows more given the complicated facial rigs.

If so, what is the limit?

If it is not, can someone give me an idea of how to weight a shoulder joint bone helper? Do I weight to it instead of the clavicle?
