I built a computer with a sleek, shiny, black case. Next to it sits my sleek, shiny, black DS, phone, and external hard drive. It all sits on the desk which is also black and somewhat shiny, with my shiny black speakers scattered around.
If not for the old huge ugly ass dirty white CRT and printer it might look coordinated
I used to work at a lab/archive that stored all the left over "stuff" from animal experiments ("stuff" was for the most part either wet tissue in form., organs in little wax blocks, or slides, usually of organs) Why store that kind of thing you might ask? Becuase it's orginial research material, and must be retained for as long as the company has the patent on whatever it was they tested on the animals. One of the things we delt with were called "glycerin pups." It didn't really matter what animal they really were they were always called pups. Anyway, it was a fetal animal stored in glycerin...usually dogs, cats, rats, mice, rabbits that had gone through some process that made all the soft tissue completely transparent, and left the bones dyed red or bright blue. Needless to say these things were pretty freaky. They would usually come in bags of 50 or more and if you squeezed the bag around you could see their little bones moving around as if they were alive. Slippery little buggers.
Anyway, thats the first time I've ever seen a picture of one.

It'd be great if you guys could post a link to the image itself, too. That Advent Children background is sweet.

The picture was originally from Deviant Art somewhere I just slapped it onto a background. Here's the full BG: Advent Children Wallpaper
Oh, and in case anyone wonders the XP theme is called "Royale Noir". Was made by Microsoft and kinda sneakily released. Good replacement for that Vista look. Only bad thing is it won't let me change wallpaper directly anymore, but I can still fix that by just loading images in my browser + right-click + "Set as Desktop Background".
HAHAHA, V. I like how you've blurred out some of the filenames, but conveniently left the shortcut to 'Rage' presented against a black area so its easily read.

No, I assure you;
I live in 2007.
I just have a fairly shitty computer, and don't bother with most new games.

unfortunately an image search for glycerin pups turns up nothing.
"stain skeletal preparation"
or
"Alizarin Preparation"
turns up a few images. One rather nice one of a big jar with something inside.
