i come there as 3d artist but they give me work for UI designer...And when I have asked "what this is a shity?"
They told me "complain is useless" and "we haven't now stuff for 3d artist, do this shit!"

Maybe, you're still new. I would take your time before coming to any conclusions about the company. Give it a couple of months, and if things continue to go badly, you'll know.

I don't think that it's normal. And if you don't like it... You've got a good job in liquid and you have a nice portfolio. You know... no one keeps you locked to this place. So I'll recommend you do, like says doc_rob.
