If anyone can help me with the final touch up on the clothes or even how i can get it to load into UT I would be forever grateful

Your first step should be to render it on a 50% grey or thereabouts backdrop so that the character is easy to read. At the moment the pants and shirt are quite difficult to see against the background.

If you're looking for crits on the texture, you should post up the actual texture sheet too. From there we can start helping you out.
