yeah it's like a cow catcher so he can better wedge his way between tightly packed groups of racers. I'm probably going to shorten it a bit though.

With the bit of shadow at the front, it looks like a duck's head with a really, really long beak. Sort of like the robotic duck from Darkwing Duck
