Zbrush 3 + Tablet issues

Heya,
I've been using Zbrush3 with my intuos tablet but I keep on running into some crazy issues :
1. When I try to scale up my model it simply rotates it. It's weird because if I switch over to the mouse it'll scale it just fine and I'm not quite sure what the hell is up.
2. If I try the same with the move option, it'll start dropping the Transform menu to the right workspace with no fail (again works fine with the mouse).
3. Holding down on the pen button (for right click) does nothing and only seems to function as a regular click as does the double click.
At the very least I think zbrush isn't picking up my wacom preferences, because photoshop likes what I have set fine. I've tried a number of things like adding/removing Zbrush from the wacom mapper to re-installing the driver but nothing.
Anybody have any ideas or a similiar experience?
