Description
Raven Software, developer of numerous award winning games, including Quake IV, X-Men Legends 1 & 2, and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, is seeking an animator with experience in game development and an interest in progressing to next-generation technologies. We are seeking candidates with a strong art and animation background.
Job duties include:
Create high quality key-framed and motion capture animations, demonstrating a strong sense of posing, timing, and weight
Work closely with the Lead Animator to establish character motion and personality
Accept direction and cooperate with the team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience
Proficiency in both key frame and motion capture animation
Experience rigging, skinning and weighting characters
Proficiency in Maya or 3D Studio Max
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong passion for animation and video games
The ideal candidate will also have:
Experience with facial and lip-sync animation
Traditional Art background
