is this the way to go for painting 3d models or do you think its worth sticking with zapplink when it comes out for zbrush 3.
I need to finalise my workflow and need a prog thats good for projection painting.
TBH I did try Body paint and found it a little cumbersome.
opinions welcomed

problem is every damn company I go to seems to want to force you to work in their method, so its hard to second guess what is going to be most popular.
While i still have to get deep down into the software, it's already a huge help in seam cleanup, allowing you a lot of leeway when you're unwrapping.
The interface is a little weird at first, and their brush engine feels a little unrefined compared to the finely polished one in PS, but once you get past that its quite easy to use.
Dont expect to have it replace PS though. IMO you'll still want to do your high detail painting/cleanup there.
After awhile I find that I can get use to working with it even though it does not have the Photoshop feel.

On the default options screen("common")go down to the checkbox that says "Graphic Tablet" which should be checked. Right next to it is something that says "Hi def Coordinates" or something like that. uncheck that.
should be better now.
its also got the ability to select only the mesh objects selected in 3ds max.
theres some 3d paint functionality, but it generally sucks.
