Julie Taymors: Across the Universe (Beatles Music)

I'm not sure how many here are familiar with Taymor's previous movies. She did Titus and Frida. Both which are stellar in there visualization, costumes, music, and timing. In other words, very artistic. Something which I hope we all can appreciate.
To give a further reference, she was the Designer and Director on the Lion King Stage Theater version which gained so much prestige and fame during the 1990's
Her newest film is a Musical using Beatles songs to tell a love/drama story about the late 1960's. Now before some of you go "boring", or go back looking at shiny baubles, you should watch near the end of the trailer where you really begin to get too see the type of creativity her films have. Where the dream world and real world combine. Its hard not to go away from her films inspired.
If they ever decided to do a movie of Neil Gaimans "The Sandman", she would be the perfect director.

My Dad used to always sing it.
Titus is one of my favorite movies of all time.
I think i need to see more. i don't see how the sureal stuff near the end fits with the other part of the movie. unless its just some weird dream in part of the movie.
