Game Programmer Need
Description: Our client, located in Los Angeles Country (Camarillo, CA), is a top independent videogame development company with a proven track record.
They currently have multiple Game Programmer openings to work on the development for a highly anticipated Sports game for Xbox, PS3, and Xbox 360.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
General Requirements:
- Proficient in object-oriented programming techniques.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Fluent in C/C++.
- At least 1 high-profile, successful completed project.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work within a schedule of reliable milestone deliveries.
- Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Pluses / Nice to haves:
- Passionate about making games.
- Networking experience.
- Experience writing tools
- Cross-platform development.
Technical Specialties Sought:
- Technical expertise with consoles (360, Xbox, PS2, GameCube).
- Strong math and 3D computer graphics background.
- Low level assembly/microcode programming skills.
