TGS 2007 anyone?

I'll be getting my tickets to this year's TGS before the end of the month hopefully.

I've wanted to go to the show for quite some time now. My girlfriend will be living in Japan by then too, so it will be a great opportunity to visit her.

Anyone else going? If so, want to coordinate flights and room and board?

The show will be in Makuhari at the Makuhari Messe from September 20th -23rd.

I'll have to look and see where I'm going to stay, since Makuhari is just outside of Tokyo. Last time I stayed in Ueno at a ryokan. I can do that again, but the train ride back and forth might be a bit long.

Also, Hawken, I want to check out a maid cafe!

Not quite sure yet. I'll be in Shanghai till probably Thurs afternoon (20th), then probably fly into Tokyo that evening. Are Saturday/Sunday the days that we'd want to attend?

I've only just realized that TGS was going to be running around the time I'd be out there, so me and my boss are gonna see about makin our way out there before coming back stateside.

I should have an exhibitor pass from SNK, so I'll probably be there all 4 days. The last two days are open to the general public.

Either way, if I don't attend all 4 days, I'll most definitely want to go look at more sights and sounds of the city. I'm going to pad my trip out there with a day on either end.

YES! I want to go to a maid cafe. I just finished watching a drama called 'Akihabara@DEEP', and it just made me want to go to one even more.
