WIP: infirmary ramp

Doing a lil pre-vis for the next mod I'm working on...it's in pre production right now.

figured I'd post up a little wip to get some feedback and general guidelines or notes from the rest of you.

Just started the other day, projected some things to get normal/AO maps.

    You may want to post your textures to get some more accurate feedback, or post your highpoly mesh.

    Are you projecting your details to a flat plane or to your lowpoly mesh?

    From the shots you provided it looks like you could be a lot more generous with your highpoly mesh. It could use a lot more detail. In addition to more detail the detail you have could also be thicker and deeper. Right now a lot of the details seem to have the same depth and thickness, there's nothing that really breaks them apart or helps elements stand out.

    Take a look at games that use normal mapping and see how they create their details to work best using the given tech.
