Challenge #35 Skate (or drive!) to live. EXTENDED!

Time for the next challenge....and this is for the environment guys!
This challenge is going to require that you design either a skate park or a closed race track (think Indy 500 track..). There is no other limitation to what you can do with the track/park besides these technical specs:
5000-6000 polycount
1024x1024 texture map, divided up however you need as long as it is no larger than 1024x1024.
Since this may be a bit trickier, we will make the deadline for this July 6. DEADLINE EXTENDED!!
As always, ask questions if you got em! GO GO GO!
Also, PLEASE make sure you post ongoing progress as the point of these challenges is a learning exercise.
