The breasts are shaped like that so they could easily be reshaped. Same for the way less defined abdomen detail.
It is already fully uvmapped for 1024x1024 (that doesn't mean the model is done though. live pelt map pins ftw) and yes, I have already
abused it for special purposes (though ignore the hair and pose, was merely material testing fun)
I plant o release this mesh as an obj soon after some niggles are stomped. Then everyone can go kawaii and start turning japanese and shit lol.

if you mean the bone then none of that's there, but as for the spinal arch it's very much there

If you move the ankle bone down and forward and pull the heel back slightly. It won't look like all the weight is resting on the back of the foot.
Also the butt should look like a upside down heart.
The hair is a placeholder, because hair makes things pop out so much better.

The ribcage under the bewbs is kinda off too i think either that or the upper stomach muscles are wrong.
Also i would recheck the elbow area.
But other than that it seems like a really solid mesh so far and the texture is turning out nice aswell.

I think the bottom one is nearly perfect for that body type you're going for.
My one crit is that her legs seem a tad bit long, even for anime purposes. I would propose simply moving her entire hip region down a little big more, because right now she has the impression of having a metal rod up her ass. Perhaps her arms are too short, and its not the hips at all...
By the way, the pixelated crotch is hilarious.
