First one is really nice, you might want to spend 10 more minutes or so getting more highlight in the guard and match the eye positioning a little better.
The second one is a mess though. The shading from concept is nowhere to be seen in your texture and the metal looks flat and dull because of it. Color are way of, particulary on the brass (bronze?) parts. The texture on the ornament in the bottom is just confusing, match the concept.
You gave way more texture space to the handle and hilt of your weapons than the blade. In-game, these parts would be covered up most of the time by the character's hand. The blade is the business end of the weapon and the part that people are going to be looking at most
