Today at us is great holydas - Victory Day
I know you don't celebrate it, but anyway i do this thread.
And i want show you some material.

Medal of Odessa defense

16th, 1941 the Nazi's entered in my city Odessa and only by April 10th, 1944 Odessa had been liberated.

Today my city is beautiful and solar.
We have many memorials and monuments to heroes of war.

Such as:

Thanks for sharing all of this. To be honest, I knew nothing of Odessa prior to you mentioning it the other day with your video. I definitely was not aware of how important the city was when resisting the Nazi movements into Russia.

hm..yes...maybe Odessa is not so important in this war like Sevastopol or Leningrad (Petersburg)...but, yes it's one of heroes city.

and I just wished to tell about my city:)

I'm from St. Petersburg, a truly beautiful city still bearing the marks of the 900 day German blockade of WWII..

Remarkably they still didnt manage to siege the city..

Living in a place that is a museum in itself is quite inspirational and rewarding.

OK, as much as I would rather not, I am going to close this thread because some people have absolutely zero respect for anything except themselves.

I am very sorry Pavel. I hope you were able to enjoy the holiday and the vets got the proper respect they deserve instead of what you got here.
