critique my WIP's

Im fairly new to this, but this is what im working on right now, feel free to give advice or tell me how bad it suks

I started with my most current, all are unfinished, The dark knight model is the first model i ever made, the demon creature my 2nd, and the helm my most current, it was for a mod that was canceled back in 05.

They look pretty darn tight to me. It seems like the spikes on the armor and claw/horn things on the monster don't need so many faces though.
