Well Lost and Heroes has one and this is the only other show I watch so why not.

I used to love this show and couldn't get enough. Then it just keeps getting dragged on and on and on. I mean how much longer can this show go on? How many more meteor freaks can exist?

Anyone watch it lately? I haven't seen it in months. I am so clueless now as to what is happening. Last thing I remember is the dude that was killing all the meteor freaks and it turned out Chloe was one. What the fuck!

Anyways would love to hear from you guys on this show.

The problem is, theres only so far they can go before its Superman and not Smallville. When everything that relates to character development is limited by the show's inability to move toward the next logical step.... and that logical step is to end the show and do superman, well they're kind of caught I think.

watched one recently (may have been old) where some woman is eternally young from sucking souls from students. The whole ep was extremely by-the-numbers almost to a comical level.. oh she's got the principal.. stall.. stall.. must leave space for clark to come to the rescue. full of plot holes and thouroughly boring even with the hotties

good observation rorshach, its a dead end. series like Supernatural (which i personally, um eh, have occasionally been forced to watch) has a much more open-ended storyline, which makes them potentially way cooler. but these again i dont think smallville or any of the other half-arsed series is even meant to stay up too long.

yeah i agree it is a dead end. I just want them to wrap things up a bit. Tell more about jor el, kill off lionel, all the shit that should happen.

Hell I mean they killed of Jonathon Kent way before he dies in the movies. Hmmm...that made sense.

it supposedly finishes next year.
the thing i like about it is watching clark and his dad turn lex slowly evil. every time lex tried to do something good jonathan would always presume he had some ulterior motive and clark did nothing but lie to him and use lex for his money and connections.

What cracks me up is most of the characters on the show have been knocked out unconscious so many times, they must suffer brain damage by now! XD.

The only thing that i find interesting is the relationship between Lana & Lex...pretending to be happy while they're playing each other.

Ebagg: I agree, Superman should wear a lead suit from now on, no more kryptonite problems! . Clark does wear red coat + blue shirt often if you noticed.

Michael Rosenbaum's performance as Lex Luthor is pretty badass imho. The character of Lana I could care less about, and find the drama between her and Clark an annoying sidetrack.

I keep getting confused when people say I could care less.. does that mean the same as couldn't care less? could care less implies you do care somewhat.. </pedant mode>

I couldn't care less about Lana. I don't know, the expression seems to go either way, or maybe I'm totally mistaken.

I lost cable a couple months back and tried to get back in the show recently, but couldn't help but notice how repetitive each episode has gotten. I used to love this show to, but it feels like it lost something very important since the start of season five
