Freelance avatar modelers wanted

Videoranch is looking for freelance lowpoly character modelers to create character avatars on a per-avatar basis for a social MMO project currently in development. We're hoping to add a handful of remote modelers to our contracting pool that we can develop a working relationship with and call upon regularly.
What we currently need are avatars textured with color and alpha channels compatible with the Active Worlds browser. Bump, spec, and normal mapping is not currently necessary. Familiarity with and ability to output avatars in the Renderware (.rwx) or Caligari object (.cob) format is preferred.
Ideal applicants will have:
-experience with ActiveWorlds
-familiarity with Accutrans and the avatar creation workflow
-an interest in emerging 3d social applications such as Second Life or Croquet
-Superior texturing ability
-Concepting skills a plus
Character animation skills and familiarity with (or ability to convert animations to a format compatible with) Credo Lifeforms is highly preferred.
Videoranch is a southwestern ranch-themed environment with a heavy emphasis on live performances of country rock, blues, bluegrass, and folk music, applicants will need to be able to produce avatars consistent with this theme.
This is an excellent opportunity for modelers looking to build their portfolio with paid work without having to commit to a project full time.
