lol very original design! the feet are way to much apart. the side view looks good but the front and back seems way off. Work on that and it will be cooL!
But let's be honest here for a moment, you've got two things holding you back:
1. You're trying to learn, but this is a bad concept.
There will likely be no interest in this concept so you won't get good feedback,
and getting the final to look good will be difficult since the original concept is so wonky.
2. You NEED to understand human and bird anatomy before attempting to put the two together.
Understanding proper edge flow for anatomy, deformation, good UV, etc. all comes from practice.
If you modeled 10 humans, one after another this would turn out better, but the bird half would still suffer.
I suggest drawing or searching for a better concept at start over, OR stop now, and remodel this same character a few times until things start to make more sense. Either way, I hope this doesn't sound too discouraging, but sometimes you just have to try again until you get it right.

thx, i'll fix it soon
My 2nd bird post. I've fixed the leg, hand, & do some adjusment ......
Any idea to texture it? i do each part & uvw unwrap seperately ( Head, Human body, bird body, wings, & legs)
is it correct? or i need to put all parts in 1 uvw unwrap?
C&C, welcome

There's a small example of something close to what chris is talking about.
