I wonder if anyone can show me a good example of a model using 10.000 tris. I am learning lowres modeling and 3DS max at the same time (watching a bunch of videos over the weekend).
I will probably have an interview with a company next week but i only use maya, have done some hires modeling a while ago and worked with some textures, but the company uses 3DS max and wants me to paint textures.
Any images/wireframes where i can study the topology? I am going to watch again poopinmymouth videos and see if he mentions the number of tris on that girl model, also i am interested in facial animation, number of shapes, is the head where most of the details go? I just wish i had more time

As far as specific examples, just scan through forums like spiraloid or cgtalk.
well, you did say 10.000 tris...
for games, 10,000 tris isn't what i'd consider a low poly model. more like 1,000 - 3,000 tris. but, if you're going to fight over it... then okay! fine. whatever. have it your way ;p
