One day earlier, I would think this was an April Fools joke.

It starts with Pokemon, I wonder what is next? Spore? They should try banning something more dangerous to young minds...like tornadoes.

Yep, it seems to be a joke, there are no other sources. If so, it's late!!! And it's not very good, considering how conservative Kansas is.

I think its a joke based apon the history of Kansas and evolution though.
