Can Anyone Tell Me What This Commercial Is?

It was a commercial that went around the internets probably 6 months - 1 year ago. It was entirely CG, rendered in grey with only GI lighting. Can anyone tell me what this is and where I might find it?

none, I only remember that it was all grey with GI lighting

I remember the being a commercial for some bladder control medication that had all white environments with colored ballons, looked pretty sweet.
