Holy shit, I would so love to have a whole flock of spare organs. That would be sweet. The only reason they make such a big deal about organ transplant is because it is hard to find donors and even then you have a bunch of immune problems from even the best matches (unless they come from your twin or something). This would be like being able to hot-swap that shit right out.
