This is a model I textured and mapped the UVs for the a Torque project. It was originaly modeled by Sarah Airington, but I did some editing to optimize it add a little more details to the mesh.
Rendered with specular and glow map.
The model has 2991 triangles, but I only had to texture 31 different objects not including the symetrical side. It took quite some time to work through all the seams. I didn't time myself, but I estimate it took 48-56 hours to complete the diffuse texture. I did realize some things I could have done to speed things up a bit.

I dig the wires on his neck, cool work.
I will definately have another work over my lights again and try posing him. I think the specular lost is a result of my ambient light I have on the bottom between the legs and nearly all of my spot lights are too uniformly positioned with same parameters.
Another great job. Great neck wires. I like the chest plate as well. Too bad he is kind of hunched over and you don't get to really see it on the model while he is in normal stance.
