GIF file format plugin...HELP

of all the plugins out there i can not find one that will let me save my animations to a freakin GIF file format! can someone please help me...or at least a free program that lets me convert MOV to GIF...i would prefer a plugin tho...i would appreciate any help.

Not sure which program you're needing help with, but my solution would be to render out a targa sequence, create an action batch in photoshop to convert each tga into a gif, then use something like Microsoft GIF Animator to compile it into one animated GIF. If you have imageready, that would obviously be a better choice, but MS GIF Animator is free.

Image ready is part of photoshop and has support for animted gif.

Super encoder by eRightSoft (its free) can convert to gif i believe.
