Here is my Steven Seagal bust (before he let himself go!)
Yet to add his trademark Ponytail(stupid me forgot to add it before exporting to zbrush!)
Unsure whether to build body yet-will see how this comes out when normal mapped.
Tri count so far is 2600,going to add ponytail,inside mouth and teeth.

Looks good though, nice likeness! Is he going to have a bit of a beard goin or? otherwise his chin part looks a bit rough in the skin me thinks

Normal map now on lopoly bust.Light setup is not final.Yet to optimise.Added simple ponytail.
Don't let him die just like this - there's excelent likeness, so ... TEXTURE TEXTURE TEXTURE.
Here is the finished ver,could have tweaked some more but overall pretty happy with the result.
My budget was 2500 tri's for this bust (in actual fact in came in just under).
Used Basic Translucent shader with reflection at 50% coupled with 1 diffuse,spec and normal map at 1024x1024
Was going to go with a fatter version of Mr Seagal but decided on earlier career,spare him some blushes.

Japhir- agree on neck,spec map only at 50% had adjusted lights,but much lower and i would lose some detail on face.(if i ever go back to him and build a body would probably redo lower neck).
The tail into the neck only shows on model without texture as i did some last minute optimising and removed some edges from that area.Does not show with diffuse texture on.
