This is neat though the proportions aren't very godzilla like imo. Looks more like a lizardman than that, because of that it doesn't have a very good sense of mass
good point by earthquake. i bet that if you take the belly of the creature...and apply textures and sensibilities more like those of an actual reptile....the model will have some contrast.
What Earhquake said....it has very little medium frequency detail. It's all big shapes and tiny cracks and crevices, with very little in between. The texture work is really nice for the most part, but bits like the hands and elbows are getting a bit lost in that repetative bumpyness. The treatment you gave the shoulders and knees is bang on, see if you can get something like that going for the knuckles etc. I'd expect to see some kind of join in the skin where all the spiky bits meet the main body and tail, rather than the seamless smooth joins you have just now.

looks great though, my instincts say the head is too small compared to the movie monster's design. But I like your's better actually.
