holy excessive amount of polygons batman
btw a good way to do wireframe renders is to duplicate your model, add a black wireframe texture to it, and give that dup a push of .01 or .00001 or something. Or just take screen grabs from the view port with the wire frame on.

Only excessive poly usage I see is in the neck, but flat shaded wires would help to see it all better.
Overall, it's not too shabby!
The shape of her shoes needs refinement, maybe look at some lady nike/reebok,etc ads for reference.
Btw, the neck is too thick in front view, in comparison with the model sheets.
Edit: After looking at it again if you xscale in the loop in the center of the neck a wee bit it should be fine.
