I believe they have programs that let you setup things like this, then the program builds it for you... that's how they make a lot of those crazy machines and simple in-game computers. Apparently it's not that difficult to make something like that zelda thing (this is what I hear from a friend that plays it a lot, I've never played minecraft, just like I've never tried crack).
