-Reanimating crappy mo-cap work that has horrible tweens between animations since they decided to blend 2 mocaps together of separate animations without any transitional pieces.
And lets not forget the list of other things
-Models (if characters will most likely look of asian influence)
-Time gap , meaning you need to stay up till 2 am to have a business meeting with them at like there 10am. (Convinent for them isnt it?)
-Language/culture barrier. (your idea of what a "urban" person might look like is COMPLETELY different from them, as well as the language barrier you will face with many of the team when dealing with over seas.)
Yeah outsourcing to foreign countrys is sure the way to go ALL this work was done in a hour and a half, but made my job over a month long!
