Im no concept artist, so this is always the hardest part for me...... for now I am just going to post a quick and dirty outline I did to get the ball rolling.....

the concept that I am going with is going to be working the stealthy minamilist angle...... Im trying to avoid using the word "ninja" to describe him..... but the focus of the idea is not on the dude anyway (even though he gets 6 times the polys), but on his weapon..... its a big brutal thing, and conveniently doubles as a mode of transport...... Ill have to knock up some diagrams of how it works so that makes more sense.....
