i was over at that thread and know nothing about the Dom war. i couldn't find rules or guidelines or anything. i've been sick....so maybe i'm just out of it. can someone link me to some rules and what not?

Good points guys. I've just taken down the outdated Boaring contest rules and results global threads, and replaced them with a new Dominance War info global!
