I liked his silhouette enough to get a base model done. I'll be doin some paint-overs to get his armor/WhateverImGonnaDo more finalized. I plan on keepin him all frog from the waste down, lil ass and all. Yep, his fingers and toes have suction cups too!

Wow, this is cool. I like how the back, forearms and calves are so broad compared to the rest of the body. Definitely adds to the amount of character you were looking for. Can't wait to see a normal map version...

Yeah the toes are wierd lookin to me too, but I think im gonna make em grab something in that sorta classic treefrog pose on a stick when I'm done. I'll prolly shorten them a bit tho so they dont look so flimsy compared to the rest of him.

I thought the toes were fine. They seem rougly the same length as the fingers, like frogs, but eh, I could go either way. I'm really looking forward to how you're going to Zbrush this bad boy.

Fast and Good modelling, got BAM, nice proportions and overall look. Toes should be shorter though.

Battletoad ftw! Really cool idea and great model so far. If you keep on this pace, you should be able to do 2 or 3 entries by the deadline.

This tha direction I am prolly gonna go in. I'm stayin away from tubes and stuff to keep it from looking too techy, just buckles and straps.

I know you just said that you didnt want it to get too techy, but right now its not looking sci-fi enough in my opinion. Some sort of blaster or glowy bits or anything clearly electronic might rectify this however.

It looks pretty freakin great though.
