I'm going to do something for this one (first competition ever) .

My 2d skills aren't great, so I'll knock up something quickly in 3D then slap it about a bit in photoshop.

My 2D skills aren't good either, but trust me, it makes things alot more easy if you come up with a half decent 2D sketch first, and model than. And if you are not practice, you won't get better at drawing. And don't tell me your sketches look worse than mine there is no worse .
