I'll do my best to support polycount. I finally got some time to sit down and draw some concepts. But I'm not sure where I'm going yet. I really do suck at drawing, but I'm trying my best.
I'll do some more tomorrow and hopefully I'll have something that can help us in the battle.

1) butterfly wings above the guy with smiley face banner is a no-no... it seems angelic... not demonic
2) guy with sword and shield (left of guy wit smiley face banners) seems simple. im sure with detailing, he could look cool...
3) guy directly to the left of "2)" looks the best out of all of these.

The mask workes like a sound radar it picks up soundwaves and translate them so she can se where it is and the range and stuff like that. Then she have a gun for midrange and a sword/dagger or something else as closecombat weapon.
Any ideas, thoughs, or something?
Not sure if I'm going oldschool or normalmap this becaus I don't think I'll finnish in time if I make it normalmapped as I've only done like one normalmap :P any suggestions?

Let me see if i can help, though i'm by no means amazing myself (feel free to drop crits over in my thread).
i really like your concept, it's really powerful, and your model almost reflects that, but it's missing some key features. The way you stylised the concept was great, but you've left some out of the model, make the knees thinner, and the elbows. those joints really made your concept pop.
have you tried adding some of his armour as elements, rather than having them all part of the same mesh? you might get a cleaner result doing it that way.

It might just me but I get the spaghetti feeling about the limbs? perhaps it's just the pose/render.

And about the armor as elements, I did have it like this before but I tried to include it in the mesh, and hopefully I don't have to many elements now instead.

I see our talk was a good one, love how you executed the idea of making him slender, it adds so much stealth and agility to him.
Seeing him like this I think his texturing screams to really show of wirey tendons. But I'll catch ya on msn and we'll chat about all that. You're a fine addition to the army man
Another minor crit, the armour that wraps around his head should be a bit wider, like in the concept, more bulky.
I've been working hard on this last two days, sorry for not puting any updates here meanwhile.

your texture needs less shading on it. Use specular and normal to define details
does that mean u've got rid of it completely and are goin with a 'diffuse-only' model? cool! might be the only one for the comp? (dont know what poop's planning though)
well, he looks awesome, i can tell u that, but the glowies should (definately) not be pink. [i hypnotise u... do green... do greeeeeen].

sorry for making such a lameass weapon, hopefully I'll have some time to make it a bit nicer, same for the podium.
I'm quite happy with the pose and all, but skinning isnt my thing really, but this have to do for now.
Any suggestions before I'll finnish this up that can make it somewhat cooler?
I dont know what program you are using but I would make dead grass on the remaining surface of the podium (not grids with painted grass but 3D generated grass with a wind blown back effect to it).

And thanks Cridder for suggesting some grass, made it a bit mor interesting. and for the glow from the weapon good idea to remove it. I'll settle with just a slighty glow there instead.
