Battle Beetles (WIP)

This is a favorite theme of mine - mammal sized insects. This one is built for jousting and has poison antlers.. Gonna try to model him up whenever I can get some free time. (during the war? after? )

Option

Good idea snowfly, but I have a question about the concept. Are the bugs going to have riders, or will they just be fighting bugs? If they have riders, perhaps you may want to implement some sort of warpaint/markings later on.

Those colors make them feel very primal; looking sharp! If they are sentient, they might have some small accessories, like ranking bands or war beads or such.

hey guys glad you like the concepts! might be a while before i post any 3d because there's so much going on, and it's much more fun to paint these guys up..may give the giant mutated spider a go, in fact, and then start accessorizing them.
