It's an app that takes your Windows installation CD and lets you strip out components you don't want, etc. and burns the stripped down installer to a new image. You can also slipstream service packs and other drivers. Pretty cool stuff, I used it to create a light version of Windows 2000 to run on OSX that doesn't have IE, outlook express, media player, the first-time use tutorial, etc. since I only need it to run Photoshop 7 and didn't want all the extra pre-installed garbage.
Win2K loads up in parallels in about 10 seconds. Noiiiiice!
A lot of folks over on CGTalk also use it to optimize their PC workstations.
