Commercial MMORPG - Realms of Validor

Dimensional Fissure is the name we have so far... may change.

Brief description:
MMORPG with the most sophisticated engine imaginable assuming we can find daring C++ programmers up to the challenge.
Target aim:
retail. This is a long term goal. We are forming a company so if you want commitment its here.
Compensation:
Once funding has been established through venture capatalist, etc everyone will get paid a regulr salary in addition you are not just employed with us but will be a partner in the company. Shares in the company will be part of the contract.
Technology:
Programming language is C++. Artist will be required to know Autodesk Maya.
The rendering system is already complete.
Talent needed:
We are looking for a huge team here. This undertaking is not small by any means. We require serious C++ coders that will be able to built an engine fro scratch. 3d Artist for various roles are needed. Must be experience in humanoid modeling and monster modeling. Vehicle design (land, sea & air)
Concept Artists are needed to create sketches for 3d modelers to work from. We'll need race/monster/vehicle designs, etc.
Team structure:
Currenlty I am the team "manajor"? We have aproximately 14 people on the team at present. We are in the middle of an overhaul though as im attempting to filter out employees and get this project underway.
3 C++ coders with 20+ yrs experience total
1 Professional Audio developer
1 3d modeler
