Dropping in at a late hour here - it turned out that I was going to do a boar for a small game anyhow, so I thought I'd might as well show it off in here.
It's going to get a single 512*512 diffuse texture and basically as few triangles as possible, which is 686 at the moment.
I'll try to get the texture done today.

Thanks man, the hoof wasn't done at the time and I'm doing the seams as the last thing, using that "render to texture"-technique.

Thanks again, you're right that it isn't really a boar without hair, but I'm not "allowed" to use alpha mapping and well... The texture seemed to head off in another direction. I guess It'll just be a monster pig for now.
Last update for today. A little more detail and some seam-kickin' and I'll call it done.

The other stuff turned out great as well.
I've taken care of the seams (which proved to be a bit more difficult than first assumed) and made the teeth slightly assumetric.
