3D Character- Eragon

Hi there. Inspired by Eragon, maybe not big revelation, but great story wrote by young man So, concept, mesh and texture wip. I'm not shure what to do with pants, dunno why, but that part of the clothes is the most problematic for me. Full hand painted, no photos. C&C welcome

Awesome! Especially the texture. I cant wait to see this one complete. As his pants go, Im assuming hes a dragon rider, maybe you could do some sort of padding on the inside of his legs, for riding purposes.

as far as padding goes, Eragon has a bit of a problem about that in the book. meaning he didn't have any padding at first and had the insides of his legs rubbed raw on Saphira's scales. i forget if he ever got padding or just a saddle though.

nice character, reminds me a lot of the guys in Fable

Hopefully when this model is finished it will take the bad taste out of my mouth from the awfully bad Eragon film

I think it would look better with the grey hair from the concept though as that really stood out for me

Looks nice, and good texturing! For the moment I'd, aside from what's been said, like to see some alpha on that hair for that straggling look in the concept. Hope you've considered it at least.

thx a lot for comments, totady i want to paint pants (propably i try some kind of paddings), and alphas planes are good idea too (do not know why i forgot about it )
