Looks good. I don't think you need to model the boar's eyes though, rather fix his pointy nose with those polys.

Putting the textures on. Just posting this as a WIP, since I'm not gonna finish this thing in time.



The bottom is supposed to be fur, but I can't seem to get it to show up in Max. It's a tga file used for the mask, and I've got the opacity maps put in the materials, but I can't get it to render with the fur..,
