Looking for Maya 3D animator

We are a small development company working on a 3D action arcade title and we are
looking for a freelance animator.
The animations are to be done in Maya v7.0 and will consist of standard game animations
for soldier like characters such as the ones found in the F.E.A.R. video game.
We pay a flat fee per animation after each is delivered. More animations will be needed in the future as our work progresses.
This is not full or part time work, this is on a per-animation basis only.
A demo reel is NOT required however we would prefer to see samples of game animations
such as runs, walks, strafes etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a talented animator who has some extra free time
or who wishes to build up their portfolio with paid work.
