Help with unwrapping in Gmax

I need some help with figuring out how to UVW unwrap objects in Gmax. I can't even unwrap a cylinder. Anyone want to help, or know of any tutorials?

Since this is a Tutorial for 3Ds Max not all of the features will be in Gmax, but it should give you enough info to get rolling in the right direction.

gmax is max4, so the unwrapper wasnt like that yet (tutorial is on max5's unwrapper).
google for the chilliskinner maxscript, it might help with some automatic unwrapping, other than that the regular workflow is selecting faces, average planar mapping them...

I got chiliskinner, but there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to use it.
