Hi guys/gals
Im just wondering if theres any websites around that lists the measurments of everyday items.
Basically I ask becuase for the purposes of architectural work and work where the scale really matters it would be useful to know for example what the average size of a doorway or brick.
Ive also seen some people from blur studios in one of there videos using this idea to gauge scale, but was wondering where they got the info from, short of making alot of indervidural internet searches or measuring the items themselves.
Any ideas?
John

Door sizes vary depending on the purpose and the smallest size for a certain type of room is usually limited.
when I model 3D I often measure stuff, what wrong with going up to a door frame or brick yourself with a tape measure? would get you more involved in the subject.
