Environment Artist - AAA Studio (Scotland - UK)
My international client, a leader in the games industry have an opening for a dynamic talented Lead Environment Artist. This is a job only for those who want to work in state of the art offices on leading titles.
The Lead candidate will have around 5 years experience in the industry, 2 years experiance as a Senior Artist, at least 2 published titles under your belt. At least 4 years experiance with industry standard 2-d packages e.g. photoshop, and at least 4 years experience with industry standard 3-d packages ( 3d studio max or maya ). A bonus skill would be experience as a developer, but this is not essential.
Candidates with less experience but high quality work will be considered for Senior and Environment Artist roles.
Education - you will have either a degree or a diploma from Art College in either animation or a related course.
